Module 1 (2 days): Applied Communication Training
It is a training in which we gain the ability to recognize current feelings and needs of ourselves and of the people we are in contact with, through observation and deep listening, and to gain the ability to convey these to others and to strengthen the ties between ourselves and them. This type of communication allows you to establish a constructive and restorative dialogue with the other person without blaming, judging, criticizing, reading intent, or making any evaluation. Module 2 (2 days): Applied Leadership Development Training
