With the aim of a healthy management of the processes and relations, ensuring that the beneficiary develops a sense of ownership of the projects, the project teams established are right for the project, and communication accidents and cultural differences are overcome.

In addition, project management consultancy, team leadership and team building support are provided to the projects carried out with the aim of adoption, throughout Turkey and in provinces, of Vision Zero/Safe System approach for road safety, which will prevent road accidents resulting in thousands of people losing their lives and becoming disabled.
