MODULES
Module 1 (2 days): Applied Communication Training
It is a training in which we gain the ability to recognize current feelings and needs of ourselves and of the people we are in contact with, through observation and deep listening, and to gain the ability to convey these to others and to strengthen the ties between ourselves and them. This type of communication allows you to establish a constructive and restorative dialogue with the other person without blaming, judging, criticizing, reading intent, or making any evaluation. Thus, attaining the outcomes that you want will not be difficult at all.
Module 2 (2 days): Applied Leadership Development Training
Today, various leadership models are studied and discussed in many leadership training courses. New leadership styles such as transformational or coach-like leadership, servant leadership, participatory leadership, democratic leadership have increasingly become more popular. However, Trusted Performance Consulting believes that there is no need for an adjective to precede the term “leadership”, and that a leader embodies many competencies on his own.
The GDP “Leadership Development” trainings, which are carried out practically and interactively, ensure the internalization of leadership competencies by the participants. It is aimed to develop a leadership style that is compatible with the changing business world culture, which allows the development of learning organizations, and which will pave the way for the establishment of coaching culture in the workplace. GDP focuses on achieving a leap in enterprise performance.
Module 3 (2 days): High Field Performance Training
The training aims to guarantee women preparing to enter politics to achieve high performance by informing them about the parliamentary processes and elections and developing their capacity to form an election campaign team, develop a target audience strategy within the framework of the campaign plan, implement the strategy, budgeting, resource allocation, train and mobilize volunteers along with time management, improve public speaking and prepare press releases.
Women who carry out their activities with a serious campaign plan demonstrate confident and convincing high field performance against their competitors.
Module 4: One-on-one Coaching (8 session minimum once a week)
One-on-one coaching services are provided for women candidates to allow them to overcome their mental blocks and become aware of their strengths, develop their leadership qualities, and gain new perspectives through new strategies so that they may conduct an effective campaign.
